The General Manager, Legal Services and Board Secretary, Mr Abdulwasiu Sule (Esq.), recently retired from the service of the Authority and was treated to a ceremonial send-off at the Abuja office of the agency. Oil and Gas Free Zones administered by OGFZA continue to be the toast of investors. The Authority licensed a number of new investors during 2021. Above, in one instance, Mr Oluwafolabomi Oyeyinka, CEO of Qua Iboe Export Hub (left), is receiving a Sub Zone Operational Licence from OGFZA MD/CEO, Mr Umana Okon Umana.

The Managing Director of OGFZA, Mr Umana Okon Umana, last month led his Management Team on inspection visit to the site of the location of the Authority’s proposed office at the Liberty Oil and Gas Free Zone in Akwa Ibom State. Above are pictures of the visit.
In December the Managing Director of OFGZA, Mr Umana Okon Umana, delivered the lead paper at the South South Economic Summit in Calabar. Umana spoke on, Oil Resource Mobilisation for South-South Development. Above are pictures from the event.
